To be eligible for a return, the product must be of good quality, in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is of inadequate quality, defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift certificates.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

A beautiful shelf that's fit to any style room.

the wicker breaks like toothpicks. It is not fit to be a bench and the ornamental parts in the sides seem to fall out of place as you pass it by, sort of like magic.
to top it off communication with Omelian is really disappointing. I regret purchasing especially because I had signs of this way before (he was unwilling to do any modifications, didn't reply often at all, requireing several messages each time, reminding what we spoke about previously)
if it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't be leaving a review like this. even though again - the wicker simply falls out of place!
It's hard for me to imagine how one can run a business giving so little attention to deadlines, replying to your customers and delivering the finished product in full!
