If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be of good quality, in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is of inadequate quality, defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift certificates.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
