If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be of good quality, in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is of inadequate quality, defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Item shipped quickly! Color of the basket weave is a little more reddish brown than pictured, and the top of the basket where the electrical attachment goes was a little unfinished looking…..but I guess that won't be noticeable once it's hung….overall very pleased.
