To be eligible for a return, the product must be of good quality, in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is of inadequate quality, defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift certificates.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

While the lamp is of good quality, I was caught off guard by unexpected additional costs. Beyond the initial €40 shipping fee, I had to pay €47 in import taxes upon delivery (within the EU). The total extra charges of €87 significantly increased the final cost, and I would not have made the purchase knowing this. Even if exact import fees vary by location, the seller should clearly warn customers about potential additional charges of this magnitude to avoid unpleasant surprises at delivery.

Shipping from such a distance was challenging but the owner trled his best, it was not his fault that delivery took quite some time. This light fixtures is interesting and well made from what I can see. I've not yet installed it due to other ongoing home projects. I only wish I had purchased a larger unit (for dramatic effect). When I do finally get it installed and setup I will try to send a photo. Thank you

L'embout du plafond est beaucoup plus petit que le standard et il est en plastique quelconque. J'ai due l'enlever et ajuster le tout. L'abat-jour de jonc est très beau, comme sur les photos.
